Our semi-private training is the next evolution of personal training. For one it’s less expensive so more people have the opportunity to experience first class personal training.

Everyone gets their own tailored program so we could have one of the Spurs working to increasing vertical jump next to a 85 year-old woman working on balance.  So each program will give the fastest and best results for each individual's fitness goals.

But my favorite part of the semi-private training is how hard people work when they are working out with someone else. I’ve had clients who used to do one-on-one training move to semi-private training and they do more in their workouts which leads to better results.

And of course our main job role is to produce the best results possible for you in the shortest amount of time.

All that said if you really want personal training then we do have a few spots for that.

I started as a personal trainer in this industry working with youth athletes and also for many years with Spectrum Athletic Clubs so I appreciate that component of it but am also glad we have moved to this new evolution of personal training. Come and try it with us! We offer times as early as 5am - 830pm during the week and Saturday 8-1pm.

After trying semi-private training, if you still want one-on-one training then yes we have that too 🙂

Fit in 50

Team Training

Do you ever just want to kill a workout or vice versa? Mix up your current program?

I hear you. We do too. Our larger group training programs are fun, challenging and a great way to mix-it up! We offer them Monday - Friday with times as early as 530am and as late as 730pm, and Saturday mornings at 9am.

This new concept is set up in a group class using kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, suspension trainers, and other unique equipment. This type of training is a great way to stimulate a full body workout, to burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. A kettlebell may seem intimidating at first and I highly recommend that you have an instructor teach you how to work out using them. But anybody can learn and we can teach you at Octane Athletic Performance. There is absolutely no way to describe this workout without inviting you to try it.

All I can say is we put a lot of the exercises that had me ripped back in my late 20s into this program. So come on; let’s get ripped, lean and shredded 🙂
