Volleyball Camps

Summer Volleyball Camps

Starting early June to late summer we host volleyball camps for youths ages 7-18. The groups will be subdivided ages 8-10, 11-13 and 14-18.

Our volleyball camps are focus on developing volleyball coordination and speed for kids 8 - 13. In addition we add strength and power for athletes 14 and over.
One of the key differences here at Octane Athletic Performance is that we pay close attention to detail on technique and form so the youth athletes will get the most out of their talents.

Camp Day

A typical day in the Octane Athletic Performance volleyball camp includes starting the day with our elite coaching team working on volleyball specific skill early in the morning.

After the initial technique and drills for volleyballs, the participants will go through a higher intensity workout to utilize the skills they learned at game pace. Weight training will be next. Kids 13 and under will focus on body weight training while kids 14-18 will focus more on weight training. They will learn technique that will help them get stronger and also the skills to keep them safer throughout the school year.

Then the youths will work on more advanced volleyball skill at 3 pm. The kids will end the day with organized game play that is consistent with the weekly volleyball themes.
